“Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly.” - Robert F. Kennedy
This session is about flipping your mindset from avoiding failure to embracing it. Instead of looking at failure as a problem, we see it as an opportunity. An opportunity to challenge ourselves and grow.
Practicing this mindset creates a work environment where psychological safety, trust and support thrives. Once that atmosphere is established, we model ways of communicating where creativity and collaboration happen with ease. Also, we build a common vocabulary which allows teams to have a language to talk about collaboration moving forward so that the training transfers to everyday work. It also creates a higher level of self-awareness and an ability for each individual to take responsibility for creating the kind of team they want to belong to.
This is a highly interactive session, and all participants will be pushed out of their comfort zones in a loving way. All participants will be taken care of in the most gentle way, and no one will be forced into anything. Most people feel a bit hesitant in the start and then open up and embrace the moment in ways they might never have before. Learning to fail gloriously is a transformational moment for many.
This session will boost any person or whole teams to become more bold, resilient and supportive.

Passion is contagious! A passionate speaker can trigger new ideas and change in the audience. However, showing our passion means showing a bit of ourselves. This usually makes us feel vulnerable and can be very scary. But when we dare to do it anyway, we can create real impact.
Presenting Passionately is a half-day session will be a launching point to begin the journey of becoming a more confident, dynamic and inspiring speaker. I will push everyone outside of their comfort zone, in a loving way, and everyone will explore different ways of expressing themselves. This will be a huge stretch exercise that will lay the groundwork for becoming a better presenter, who can take their audience on an emotional journey and be more persuasive.
After this session everyone will have the tools they need to be better mentally prepared to present and to be more confident as presenters. Everyone will leave feeling proud that they have accomplished something challenging. And they will have FUN doing it. This will boost your culture of bold, supportive and resilient employees.

Individually people will feel more comfortable being themselves and stepping into their authentic power. We want to help infuse your culture with passion and help you live your core values. The Bold & Confident program is made up of group sessions and individual coaching. This program gives the time and space for major transformation to take place.
"The Bold and Confident program was the first time I really experienced the joy of failure and the power of play to counter fear. They created an environment of trust and non-judgement that allowed everyone to dare and be vulnerable, and that still sustains today in our team. I came out of this program with an increased admiration for my colleagues, excited to take risks and with tools that make me much more confident in front of tough audiences."
