In November 2022 I was invited to Amsterdam to work with an incredible team at Netflix to run my Fail Gloriously and Presenting Passionately workshops with them. They wanted to build even more safety together as a group as well as improve their executive swagger. Being able to pitch things or present ideas with more confidence.
We had a great two days together filled with laughter, creativity and passion.

It was so much fun to deliver my Fail Gloriously session at Spotify’s Intro Days event yesterday. I am still smiling after seeing how expressive and creative this group became once they flipped their mindset towards failure and established safety, support and trust. #failgloriously

It was another unforgettable night leading my Building Confidence session at the AmCham Sweden – American Chamber of Commerce in Sweden Mentorship Program. The energy was so amazing I felt that the room was levitating. Once the group of 60 people changed their relationship towards failure and were willing to #failgloriously, the confidence and energy soared!
